Remove support structure polymer
With the patent-pending Hybrid DECI Duo, support removal and surface finishing of 3D printed parts is automated in a single, multi-functioning system and designed with a space-saving footprint that optimizes production floor space. The Hybrid DECI Duo has been engineered for the most advanced 3D print materials such as resins, thermoplastics, and metals, and offer fast cycle times for even the most complex parts, including those with internal channels, organic geometries, and honeycombs.
The Duo’s unprecedented performance is a result of our Thermal Atomized Fusillade (TAF) technology, in which two perpendicular, single-axis jet streams comprised of compressed air, detergent, and suspended solids providing targeted blast sequences while utilizing 360° part rotation for maximum surface exposure. As a result, the DECI Duo is capable of removing supports and finishing surfaces of the following 3D printing technologies: FDM, SLA, DMLS/Binder Jetting, MJF and SLS.
When it comes to achieving the desired surface finishes on additive manufactured parts, it is necessary to consider the entire manufacturing chain. M2: The solution for big parts
This machine deals with the big parts. You need to post-process high-value, big or heavy parts? Then this is your choice! Equipped with extreme power this machine will tear down every nasty surface with a breeze. Through centrifugal force there will be a high abrasive impact on your workpiece. Therefor we recommend the M2 especially for metal-printed parts or when using other tough materials. This machine is available in different sizes and individually customized for your requirements.

DLyte achieves high quality finishing for machined, sintered and casting parts obtaining mirror finishing results. The polishing action reaches every corner of the piece, so it can process inner cavities which can not be accessed mechanically.
With the new, environmentally friendly technology of e-coloring, every nylon laser sintered part is delivered in the desired color.

Today, the color concept is being used more and more for the dyeing of laser sintered parts in polyamide and enables a higher efficiency for the nylon laser sintered parts. e-coloring does not just include dyeing rather all finishing solutions that make your parts real. With this innovative, environmentally friendly technology, every plastic laser sintered part is delivered in the desired color and quality. The parts retain all geometric, mechanical and thermal properties.
